I would highly recommend anyone to sign with TTM. Stephanie is amazing she is hands on and she always make her self available. It's nothing like being with an agency that represents you to the fullest, that is every actor's dream.

I was lucky to get in contact with Stephanie at the beginning of a new career in a tough industry. She’s been great and I’ve had a wonderful experience with TTM! I love that she doesn’t limit you in what you can do. She only gets paid for what you book through her.

I love Steph and being represented by TTM. She is so patient, kind and supportive, cheering you on, but also all the talent I've had the pleasure to meet on her team have been so fun, kind, talented and create a great atmosphere on set and community within our area. Can't recommend her enough!

Stephanie Olsen – Founder & Director
Stephanie Olsen’s passion for performance began at a young age, setting her on a path that would span more than two decades in the entertainment industry. A seasoned actress, model, TV host, teacher, mentor, and agent, she trained at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts before teaching acting in both New York City and Toronto, an experience that ignited her passion for mentoring the next generation of performers.
Stephanie went on to work with several established agencies, where she spearheaded divisions and ran successful offices, gaining invaluable insight into what true representation should look like. Those experiences shaped her vision for something different: a boutique agency that values quality over quantity and builds lasting, personal connections with its talent.
In 2013, she brought that vision to life with the founding of Top Talent Management. Known for her approachable style, hands-on mentorship, and eye for spotting unique potential, Stephanie continues to lead TTM with heart—guiding artists through audition prep, career strategy, and professional growth.

Your Talent,
Our Commitment
Since opening its doors in 2013, TTM has grown into a boutique powerhouse—built on focused, heartfelt representation, not volume.
What began as a vision by Stephanie Olsen has evolved into a community of passionate clients excelling across film, television, commercials, voice-over, theater, and print.
We’ve built the agency on a simple philosophy: cultivate a meaningful, dedicated environment where every client is seen, heard, and supported. Stephanie’s hands-on approach—shaped by her own rich background in front of the camera—ensures that every artist receives mentorship, script coaching, audition prep, and insider guidance that most larger agencies simply can’t offer.
Beyond the usual actor and model roster, we spotlight exceptional individuals with standout abilities—everything from MMA fighters and magicians to vocalists and stunt performers. That unique focus empowers our clients to access high-profile, genre-defying opportunities.
At Top Talent, talent alone isn’t the whole picture. We prize ambition, humility, and an eagerness to grow. As our motto goes: quality—not ego—is what makes success. We champion those ready to hustle, to learn, and to shine.
